The health and well-being of your puppy is our top priority. At Royal Crown American Bullies, we go above and beyond to ensure every puppy leaves our care happy, healthy, and well-prepared for their new home. That’s why we proudly offer a comprehensive health guarantee for your peace of mind.

We provide a 2-year health guarantee, with extended coverage up to 10 years (lifetime) when our recommended guidelines for feeding, training, and overall care are properly followed.

Please note: “Lifetime” refers to a period of 10 years from your puppy’s date of birth.

Our Guarantee Covers:

• In the unfortunate event of your puppy’s passing within the first year due to a genetic or hereditary condition, or diagnosis of a life-threatening congenital defect within that time, we will provide a replacement puppy of equal value at no cost.
• If such a condition or loss occurs after the first year, we will offer a 50% credit toward the purchase of another puppy of equal value.

In all cases, a licensed veterinarian must provide official documentation confirming the cause (including necropsy/autopsy if applicable), verifying that the condition is genetic and not due to neglect or external factors. Identification, including the puppy’s microchip, must also be provided.

Requirements to Maintain Your Guarantee

To keep this guarantee valid, we ask that you follow these important steps:

• Have your puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 10 business days of arrival and email a copy of the exam report to us.
• Do not administer vaccinations within the first 10 days after receiving your puppy, as they will already be up to date.
• Continue a proper schedule of vaccinations, deworming, and routine veterinary care.
• Maintain regular vet checkups at least every 6 months throughout your dog’s life.
• Ensure your puppy remains microchipped and properly identified.
• Keep all health records, registration documents (if applicable), and proof of ongoing care.

Failure to meet these requirements may result in the guarantee becoming void.

Additional Terms

• In the event of a claim, all original paperwork and veterinary records must be provided.
• The guarantee applies only to genetic and hereditary conditions and does not cover issues caused by neglect, injury, or environmental factors.
• We reserve the right to refund any deposit placed on a puppy at any time, for any reason.
